Meet & Greet

No matter if you are departing, arriving, or making a connection, our meet and greet service will ensure that your airport journey is as smooth as possible. We strive to make your travel experience stress-free.

Passenger Plane

Arrivals

  • Clients on domestic arrivals are met at the gate, where permitted.  This includes flights from Canada where the clients pre-clear customs on departure.

  • Clients on international arrivals are met at the customs exit.  We work closely with each airline to request the maximum assistance from airline personnel for a speedy clearance at customs.

  • On all arrivals, domestic and international, we coordinate with the client’s scheduled car service or private chauffeur to wait in the car until we have made contact with the client.  The driver is then asked to pull up to curbside to receive the client and their luggage.

  • For high-profile clients, we will escort to the car upon arrival to ensure they are out of the public eye. We then go to baggage claim to retrieve their bags and bring out to the waiting car at curbside.

Flight Board

Departures

  • Clients are met curbside, assisted with luggage and check-in.

  • Clients are escorted through security and assisted with carry-on luggage, where permitted.

  • Clients are invited to the airline lounge, when available.

  • Clients are escorted to the gate for boarding.

  • Greeters monitor all aspects of flight delays and cancellations and are present to assist with any rebooking and downline notifications.

  • Greeters accommodate all requests from the client – shopping, restaurants or just staying with their luggage while they explore the terminal themselves

At the Airport

Connections

  • Clients are greeted upon exiting to the main terminal from their inbound flight and escorted to their connecting airline. (Including the services previously mentioned for arrivals and departures.)

Note: International arrivals are met upon exiting the secure customs area.
